At THE HOME STYLE, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, pillow covers, mattress protectors, and other items in direct contact with skin can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Sale, clearance, and bulk-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at help@thehomestyle.com or WhatsApp us at 8010680104 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned item passing inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, and we will collect your account details during the return process. Please allow a few additional days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, colour, or design instead of a refund, let us know when raising your request and we'll process an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns (where accepted), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
